YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WYTV) – The Midlothian Boulevard exit ramp from I-680 South was shut down for about an hour Sunday morning.

Just before 9 a.m., 18-year-old Austin Cook from Hubbard was driving his truck when he veered off the road and hit a light pole.

Officers aren’t sure why Cook veered off the road, but said they will investigate to see if alcohol played a factor in the crash.
