Youngstown man sentenced to 10 years in prison for having rifle

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WYTV) – A Youngstown man was sentenced to 10 years in prison for being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Prosecutors said 39-year-old Arian O’Connor, also known as Noble Bullhorn Sirius O’Connor Bay, had a rifle despite prior convictions for felonious assault and two convictions for being a felon in possession of a firearm.

O’Connor’s case was prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney David M. Toepfer following investigations by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, the Youngstown Police Department and the U.S. Probation Office.
