YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WYTV) – Most people eat too much sugar, but why not reach for something artificial? Would an artificial sweetener help? Dr. Shayesteh says no.

He says, “When these sweeteners came to the market, everybody said you’re going to be really skinny, no problem with obesity. The opposite happened.”
