YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WYTV) – A murder case in Youngstown came to a close before it ever got started.
Jury selection was supposed to start Monday for the case against Derrick and Vincent Reber and Lorenzo Hilton.
On Monday, however, all three men entered guilty pleas to aggravated murder and aggravated robbery. Derrick Reber was additionally convicted of felonious assault and having weapons under disability, and Hilton was charged with having weapons under disability.
They were charged in the September shooting death of Daniel Sanford. Sanford was found dead inside his Belden Avenue house after a home invasion.
The Rebers and Hilton were all sentenced to life in prison, with the possibility of parole after 20 years.
