Warren city council to vote on 911 merger

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WYTV/WCMH) – Service has been restored to AT&T customers who were unable to call 911 Wednesday night.

The Youngstown 911 call center experienced problems, saying AT&T cell phone calls were not coming through.

But Youngstown was not the only area affected, with reports of AT&T customers around the country not being able to call 911.

Callers using AT&T reported either getting a busy signal or ringing on the other line.
