YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WYTV) – Every year, over 700,000 deaths are caused by cardiovascular disease, stroke and heart attack. More than 400,000 of those are connected to an unhealthy diet.

These unhealthy diets don’t only mean eating food that is bad for you, but also not eating enough that is good for you.
