911 phone service restored in Liberty, Warren for Time Warner/Spectrum customers

Customers in Liberty Township and the Warren area were unable to get through to 911

WARREN, Ohio (WYTV) – Time Warner/Spectrum Cable has resolved issues for customers calling 911.

They can now call the 911 number, as usual.

Customers in Liberty Township and the Warren area were unable to get through to 911 or were getting a busy signal on Friday morning.

It was the second time in the past two weeks that Time Warner/Spectrum customers have had issues calling 911.  They were asked to call a 10-digit number until the issue was fixed.

If anyone still has an issue with their phone service, they’re asked to call their service provider and Trumbull County 911 at 330-675-2730.
